Our Story

Foundation of the Pro2G Mission

The Pro2G Mission was founded in February of 2013 by the brothers Jason and Bradyn Boone.  It is a non-profit 501C3 recognized in the state of Texas.  The Boone brothers have been called to Latin America to the nation of Costa Rica and currently work in the capital city of San Jose in the densely populated Central Valley where more than half of the country’s population lives and works.  They received affirmation and invitation from the local community to come to Costa Rica to take the next step of obedience in this calling. Jason and Bradyn committed to a year of language and culture learning as they built relationships and learned of God’s movement and heart for the beautiful people and country of Costa Rica.Throughout that year, God humbled the brothers and exulted Himself by showing them how much good He was already doing in Costa Rica and calling them to serve, equip, and empower the local ministries rather than to start their own ministry. As this calling grew the Boone brothers realized that although the Pro2G Mission had officially just begun, God had been using them to serve, equip, and empower since college through the World’s Backyard in Abilene, Texas and in Bungoma, Kenya with a local pastor. Most recently God has blessed Jason and Bradyn with new ministry partners in marriage. Jason married Lindsay who is our new Director of Communications on January 31st, Bradyn and Jackie were married on May 2nd and Peter Zeller and Keith Morgan joined the team in 2016. The Pro2G mission is continuing to work in Abilene, Bungoma, and San Jose to serve, equip, and empower local bodies of Christ to build, further, and unify the Kingdom of God throughout the world.
